Orders and Shipping
Domestic orders typically arrive within 9-11 business days after shipping. International orders may take 14-18 business days, depending on the destination.
Click “Account” or “Sign Up” at the top of our website. Fill in your email address, password, and other required information. Click “Create Account” to complete the process.
For unshipped orders, log into your account and update the address in your order details. If your order has been processed, please email support@elegancefoundry.com immediately for assistance.
We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view your order status.
We securely store only partial card details for future purchases, in compliance with industry standards.
Sales tax is charged based on shipping destination and current tax laws.
We ship to many countries worldwide.
We aim to ship all items together, but some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
To start a return or exchange, log into your account on our website and select the “Return or Exchange” option next to your order. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and instructions.
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged product. Contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please use the return label provided when you initiated your return. If you need the return address, contact our customer service for the correct mailing information.
